How To: Manage FTP Sessions

The Sessions page in SiteWorx allows SiteWorx users the ability to view and manage currently active FTP sessions for their accounts.

To View Current FTP Sessions

1. Log into SiteWorx from the browser (https://ip.ad.dr.ess:2443/siteworx)

2. In SiteWorx, navigate to Hosting Features > FTP > Sessions, either from the left-hand menu or the SiteWorx Home page. This opens the FTP Sessions page

   

To Terminate Current FTP Sessions

From the Sessions List

1. Log into SiteWorx from the browser (https://ip.ad.dr.ess:2443/siteworx)

2. In SiteWorx, navigate to Hosting Features > FTP > Sessions, either from the left-hand menu or the SiteWorx Home page. This opens the FTP Sessions page

   

3. Click the trashcan next to the session. This will terminate the session

From the With Selected Dropdown

1. Log into SiteWorx from the browser (https://ip.ad.dr.ess:2443/siteworx)

2. In SiteWorx, navigate to Hosting Features > FTP > Sessions, either from the left-hand menu or the SiteWorx Home page. This opens the FTP Sessions page

   

3. Select the checkbox next to the session(s)

   • Selecting the checkbox next to the With Selected dropdown will automatically select all sessions

4. Select Terminate from the With Selected dropdown

5. Click Go. This will terminate the session
