How To: Whitelist Email Addresses Server-Wide

Server Administrators have the ability to whitelist email addresses, domains, and messages from specific hostnames, server-wide using the whitelist_from_rcvd preference for SpamAssassin. This task can be completed from the Spam Filtering page in NodeWorx.

To Set a Global Whitelist Preference

1. Log into NodeWorx from the browser (https://ip.ad.dr.ess:2443/nodeworx)

2. In NodeWorx, navigate to System Services > Mail Server > Spam Filtering

3. At the bottom of the page, under Advanced Spam Preferences, select whitelist_from_rcvd from the Preference dropdown

4. Update the Value field with the hostname, domain, or email address to whitelist

   

5. Click Add
