How to: Manage InterWorx Settings¶
The Settings page in NodeWorx provides information about the currently installed InterWorx version, as well as the license key.
It also allows Server Administrators the ability to customize various InterWorx configuration settings, including:
The InterWorx license key
Whether debug logging is enabled
Form refresh and validation options
Date and Timezone - these options only apply to InterWorx services and logging. They are not related to the date and timezone settings for the server, itself. It is recommended to always have the InterWorx date and timezone match the server, so as to avoid any potential confusions in logging and cron jobs
Default qmail sender IP and user
Whether Mailman is enabled
Which webmail clients should be available and/or set as default
NodeWorx-specific language and display settings
SiteWorx-specific language, display, and logging settings
Whether mailbox size should be calculated when viewing in SiteWorx
What type of backups SiteWorx accounts are allowed to create
Service-level configuration files options
Which stat programs should be in use
Limited Apache settings, such as the base vhost file, and whether SNI is enabled
Password strength options and requirements
Quota partition and overflow settings
Other miscellaneous settings, such as the tmp directory, display mode, and restricted domains
To Customize InterWorx Settings¶
Log into NodeWorx from the browser (https://ip.ad.dr.ess:2443/nodeworx)
From NodeWorx, navigate to Server > Settings
Identify the setting to be changed, and delect the desired option from the dropdown
At the bottom of the page, click Save
