How to: Manage Email Autoresponders¶
From the Email Groups page in SiteWorx, SiteWorx administrators can add, delete, and edit email autoresponders.

To Add an Autoresponder¶
Log into SiteWorx from the browser (https://ip.ad.dr.ess:2443/siteworx)
In SiteWorx, navigate to Hosting Features > Email > Autoresponders, either from the side menu or SiteWorx home
Click +. This opens the Add an Email Autoresponder form
Update the desired fields:
Email Address: The email address that will forward the automated message when emailed. The dropdown identifies which domain on the SiteWorx account the email account will be created for, if there is more than one domain
Send Copy To: Email addresses listed will receive copies of messages that are sent to the new autoresponder address
Autoresponder Message: The message that users emailing the address will receive
Click Add
To Edit an Autoresponder¶
Log into SiteWorx from the browser (https://ip.ad.dr.ess:2443/siteworx)
In SiteWorx, navigate to Hosting Features > Email > Autoresponders, either from the side menu or SiteWorx home
Click the Pencil next to the Autoresponder. This opens the Autoresponder Edit form.
Update the desired fields. These are the same as the Add an Email Autoresponder form
Click Save
To Delete an Autoresponder¶
Log into SiteWorx from the browser (https://ip.ad.dr.ess:2443/siteworx)
In SiteWorx, navigate to Hosting Features > Email > Autoresponders, either from the side menu or SiteWorx home.
Click the Trashcan next to the Autoresponder. This opens the Confirmation form
Click Delete
