Does InterWorx work on a VPS?

Yes. InterWorx Control Panel works on a variety of virtualization platforms. If the platform supports the Red Hat or CentOS, it will work.

Is it possible to use InterWorx with CloudLinux?

InterWorx includes a plugin for CloudLinux. Detailed information can be found here.

What operating systems does InterWorx support?

InterWorx Control Panel is fully compatible with:

  • Redhat EL 7.x

  • CentOS 7.x

  • CloudLinux 7.x

What types of licenses does InterWorx offer?

I’m currently using a different control panel. Do you have a migration tool?

Yes, InterWorx has a built in importer for accounts from cPanel or Plesk. Detailed information can be found here.

What anti-spam, anti-virus, and firewall software does InterWorx implement?

Immunify360 is not currently supported, however, it is in active development with the goal of being released by the end of Q1 2021.

What languages does InterWorx support?

Currently InterWorx ships with English, Czech, Danish, German, Spanish, French, Hungarian, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Slovak, Swedish, Turkish, and Chinese translations.

If the desired language is not currently included, it is possible to create custom translations by downloading the current English language pack, copying it, and making changes as needed.

Is it safe to install Zend Optimizer or IonCube?

Yes, Zend Optimizer and Ioncube can safely be installed on an InterWorx server.
