What kinds of problems does InterWorx support?

  • InterWorx will officially support any direct client’s issues with the InterWorx software and with the ancillary RPM’s which we provide (run rpm -qa | grep iworx for a list).

  • Direct clients are anyone who purchased their license directly from InterWorx. Your license must be in good standing and any applicable support contract current to receive support.

  • Occasionally we also provide support to clients of our Reseller Partners, but this is at our sole discretion and we do expect clients to seek support primarily from their vendor.

  • Our support forums are available to all clients as a matter of course for peer to peer support.
