What kinds of problems does InterWorx support?¶
InterWorx will officially support any direct client’s issues with the InterWorx software and with the ancillary RPM’s which we provide (run
rpm -qa | grep iworx
for a list).Direct clients are anyone who purchased their license directly from InterWorx. Your license must be in good standing and any applicable support contract current to receive support.
Occasionally we also provide support to clients of our Reseller Partners, but this is at our sole discretion and we do expect clients to seek support primarily from their vendor.
Our support forums are available to all clients as a matter of course for peer to peer support.
