What kind of issues are appropriate and not appropriate for InterWorx Support?

InterWorx support is only for issues pertaining to the InterWorx control panel and directly related software, with a license purchased directly from InterWorx.

InterWorx support is NOT for:

  • Clients who have purchased their InterWorx Control Panel licenses through resellers. Contact your reseller for support.

  • Issues which are not caused by the InterWorx control panel. For example, a client installing scripts causing httpd CPU usage to spike is not a supportable issue.

  • Support with website issues. We are not a webhosting company, we make the control panel software. If you are trying to do something with your website that you’ve bought or leased from a webhost, you need to contact them, not us.

  • IT consultation / General Tech Support. For example, we do not provide security advice nor do we troubleshoot hardware problems.
