Option to Create an SSL Certificate Does Not Show In SiteWorx

Domain-level SSL certificates :doc:`can be created in SiteWorx </siteworx/domains_and_websites/site_management/setup-ssl-certificate>`. 
under Hosting Features > Domains > Manage. This feature requires that the SiteWorx 
account be given permission to create SSL certificates. 

SiteWorx users who do not see SSL listed as an option in SiteWorx should 
contact their hosting provider, as access can only be granted from within NodeWorx.

To Enable SSL Access for a SiteWorx account
-------------------------------------------

#. Log into NodeWorx from the browser (https://ip.ad.dr.ess:2443/nodeworx)
#. In NodeWorx, navigate to **SiteWorx > Accounts**
#. Click the **Pencil** next to the SiteWorx account. This opens the SiteWorx Accounts 
   Management form
#. Under Package Options, select **Yes** from the SSL Access dropdown
