How To: Manage Bounce Messages for Email Mailboxes in SiteWorx

From the Email Overview page in SiteWorx, users may define what happens when a message is sent to an email address that 
does not exist on the domain.

To Enable or Disable Bounce Messages
-------------------------------------

#. Log into SiteWorx from the browser (https://ip.ad.dr.ess:2443/siteworx)
#. In SiteWorx, navigate to **Hosting Features > Email > Overview**, either from the side menu or SiteWorx home

#. Next to Bounce Message, select either **On** or **Off**:

   - **On**: Send a "bounce" message back to the sender informing them that the e-mail address they sent to does not exist
   - **Off**: Silently delete the message without informing the sender that the e-mail address does not exist

#. Click **Save**
