How To: Cancel an InterWorx License

InterWorx license keys may be canceled from the InterWorx billing portal.

   These instructions are for licenses purchased directly from InterWorx.  

   Customers who purchased their licenses from an Authorized Reseller Partner must contact their
   reseller for assistance.

To Cancel a License
-------------------

#. Log into the billing portal at `https://portal.interworx.com <https://portal.interworx.com>`__
#. Click **Services**
#. From the list of license keys, select the license to be cancelled
#. Click **Request Cancellation**
#. (Optional) In the box provided, briefly describe the reason for cancellation
#. Select the **Cancellation Type** from the dropdown

    - **Immediate**: Will be cancelled within 24-48 hours
    - **End of Billing Period**: Will be cancelled at the end of the next billing period

#. Click **Request Cancellation**

   As license cancellations are processed and approved manually, it may take 24-48 hours for a cancellation to be 
   finalized.
