How To: Add a Signature in Webmail

Roundcube offers the ability for users to add their own custom email signatures. 

Users utilizing an outside mail client such as Outlook or Thunderbird will need to
refer that client's documentation for instructions on adding custom
signatures.

To Add a Signature in RoundCube
-------------------------------

#. Log into Roundcube from the browser, either via:

   - https://ip.ad.dr.ess:2443/roundcube
   - https://ip.ad.dr.ess:2443/webmail, and selecting **Roundcube** from the
     Webmail dropdown

#. In Roundcube, navigate to **Settings > Identities > {email address}**
#. Update the Signature box with the **desired signature**
