How To: Manage Web Server Logs In SiteWorx ========================================== The InterWorx Control Panel provides SiteWorx administrators the ability to view the web server and Let's Encrypt logs from the SiteWorx interface. This can help website administrators manage and troubleshoot websites more effectively. .. contents:: To View Current Web Server Logs ------------------------------- .. note:: Domain-level error logging does not appear in the default location of ``/home/{unixuser}/var/{domain.com}/logs`` on LiteSpeed servers. Because of this, the ``error.log`` and ``error-ssl.log`` files will always be empty via the SiteWorx log viewer on LiteSpeed servers. LiteSpeed error logging can be found via the CLI in the ``/usr/local/lsws/logs/`` directory. As these files can only be accessed by the ``root`` SSH user, SiteWorx users should reach out to their hosting providers if they have questions related to error logging for their domains. #.
