How To: Whitelist Email Addresses Server-Wide

Server Administrators have the ability to whitelist email addresses, domains, and
messages from specific hostnames, server-wide using the ``whitelist_from_rcvd``
preference for SpamAssassin. This task can be completed from the Spam Filtering 
page in NodeWorx.

To Set a Global Whitelist Preference
------------------------------------    

#. Log into NodeWorx from the browser (https://ip.ad.dr.ess:2443/nodeworx)
#. In NodeWorx, navigate to **System Services > Mail Server > Spam Filtering**

#. Under Add Spam Preference, select **whitelist_from_rcvd** from the Preference dropdown
#. Update the Value field with the **hostname, domain, or email address to whitelist**
